Our Approach.

We are unique in that we work directly with Buyers and Sellers of Commercial Real Estate. We are not brokers or real estate agents. We locate properties which we either close on ourselves for our private portfolio or which we sell for a profit to one of our cash buyers. Our cash buyers are business owners and  investors that are partners or affiliates in our private network.

Through our internal marketing and our cooperative network of investors, we have access to thousands of cash buyers who have proven ability to close on properties.   Our network are buyers of non-listed off market commercial real estate properties.
